Processor processes personal data on behalf of Controller for inventory management services.
2. Definitions
Terms follow UK GDPR.
3. Duration
Effective for the duration of services.
4. Nature And Purpose
Processing data necessary to deliver services, create reports, communicate with authorised parties.
5. Types Of Data And Data Subjects
Personal data: names, contact details, property information. Data subjects: clients, staff, contractors.
6. Processor Obligations
Process only on documented instructions, maintain confidentiality, ensure security, assist with data subject rights, notify breaches, delete or return data at end of service, demonstrate compliance.
7. Sub-processors
May be engaged with Controller consent; Processor remains liable.
